2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
i7777 may request identity verification at any time. This may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. i7777 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
Age and Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and maintain an account on i7777:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- The registrant must be a resident of Bangladesh or another area where the use of online gaming services is lawful at their own discretion.
- Individuals with a mental incapacity or those restricted by a court order may not use this platform.
- Current and former employees of i7777 and their immediate family members are not eligible for promotional offers.
If a user registers with false information, i7777 reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and permanently close the account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
All transactions on i7777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all payment methods).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- No hidden charges or fees apply to deposits.
- Using a third-party payment method is prohibited — the account must be in the registered person's own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (for all payment methods).
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
- i7777 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation
Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins; however, once processing has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
i7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has specific terms and conditions that must be read carefully before claiming a bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations — the contribution weight of specific games will be stated on the promotions page.
5.2 VIP Cashback Program
A four-tier VIP program is available for regular players:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on consistency of play and activity. Members at higher tiers will receive additional benefits, priority support, and special offers.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If an attempt is made to exploit the bonus system unfairly (for example, creating multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or manipulation), i7777 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.
Gaming Rules
All games on i7777 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every round is completely independent and unbiased.
6.1 General Gaming Rules
- Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
- If a connection issue occurs during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed server record.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, i7777 reserves the right to make a correction.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
- Bets placed before an event starts will be considered valid.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded (in accordance with official rules).
- Live betting odds may change in real time.
- Betting markets for BPL, T20, IPL, ICC, and FIFA events are subject to separate rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i7777 platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds will be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using false, fake, or another person's information.
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system artificially.
- Using hacking, software exploits, or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Fraudulent or threatening behavior toward other members.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, i7777 may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice:
